1. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or broken product, you can request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.


2. To file a claim, you must record a clear unboxing video before opening the package for the first time. This video is mandatory for verifying damage claims.

Once your claim is verified, we’ll reprint and ship a replacement at no extra cost.

📏 Returns/Exchange for Size Issues or Personal Preference:

If you want to exchange the order due to sizing issue

📅 The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.


1. 🛍️ You must place the new order first via our website.

2. 📝Then, go to our Order Exchange Page and submit your new order details, original order number, and reason for exchange.

3. 📦 We’ll then arrange a pickup for the original item.

4. 💳 Once the original item is picked up, you’ll receive a refund for the first order

5. 🚫 No refund will be issued if the item is returned without placing a new exchange order.
